<<First Name>>, Greetings!

Tomorrow we hope to get a vehicle that we will be able to resell quickly and easily when we can finally get to go back to Brazil. We have not heard anything positive yet, regarding the mandates but will continue forward anyways with the visa process, trusting that will clear up. Up to this point, we had been waiting for the marriage certificate to come in. The consulate had told us to notify them as soon as that was in hand. So we are glad to let you know that it finally came!

I'll be reaching out to the consulate tomorrow, letting them know we have the certificate and working at getting the appointment set again. Once all of this goes through, it will just be a matter of waiting for the policy mandate to update, and we will be heading back. We already have the vouchers for our returns tickets ready to be applied! In the meantime, I will be trying to get my CDL and help out here at Southside Baptist Church, involved as much as possible.

I had the opportunity two weeks ago to be part of an outreach event here and lead an 18-year-old man, Jaquez, to the Lord! He already had a good understanding of what Christ had done but had never put his trust in Christ alone for salvation. Pray Jaquez gets connected to the church here and begins to grow.

I have regularly been in touch with the Brewers, keeping up with how everything is going there. They finished up their camp season last week. Praise the Lord there were two saved during the week! I also found out earlier today that two of the young adults, who had surrendered to God's will, have asked to start Bible Institute! We sure can't wait to get back to our people and help the Brewers train and mentor these young people who have been saved recently, as well as those who have surrendered to serve.

We sure want to thank you for keeping us before the Lord as you do. This month we are focused on getting a vehicle, getting our appointment, and waiting for them to update the policy on the mandates. We would also ask you to pray for the Brewers as their full-time maintenance guy changed jobs (that will put a strain on their time!) But if that wasn't enough of a "wrench" in things, as camp was coming to an end, massive wind gusts ripped through the property so strong they sheered concrete posts, tore up fencing, broke lighting, and just made a huge mess around the property, opening it up to people or animals to come and go as they please.

One last thing we are excited about is that we are going to have an opportunity to visit our sending church, South Knollwood Baptist Church, to be part of their missions conference! It will be a great time to see our church family and get to catch up on everything.
I’ve been helping redo and expand the wifi system at church, cutting costs.
The young man (in blue), Jaquez, I was able to lead to the Lord.

Thank you for your continued support! Thank you again for your prayers! They are making a difference!
